SHIPPING POLICY
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
- Processing time: Standard processing time is 2-3 business days.
- Shipping time: Shipping times are based off shipping options.
- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Select the FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (5-8 business days) option
Free shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more shipped to the U.S. and U.S. Territories, after promotions and discounts are applied. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
Which carrier is delivering my order?
When you track your package(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note that if you order multiple items, you might get multiple deliveries by different carriers

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure you get your order fast.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. Each shipment will come with a shipping confirmation email, so you know what to expect.

Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free and arrive between 5-20 days.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging
To start a return, you can contact us at marianasnative@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
