How long does it take for my order to be processed?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.

  • FulfillmentStandard fulfillment time is 2-3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification with shipping information.
  • Shipping: We ship all of our products via USPS. After your order is shipped, it can take 2-8 business days within the US or 7-20 business days to GU and the CNMI.

 

Package lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, you must submit a claim by contacting us no later than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Received the wrong order?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days after the product(s) has been received.

 

Why does the product I ordered have some discoloration? 

Slight discoloration can be caused by our print application which is normal. After the first wash, discoloration should remove.
